Newberry 91, Landrum 70
Bulldogs move on to the Bilo Center Saturday. Didn't get to 100 tonight, but close.

Looks like Newberry is scoring at a high rate. I know last season at the state title game, they struggled with North charleston's size. It will be interesting to see How they match up, with most likely Lake Marion (because I think both will win saturday) because Lake Marion has size, athletic ability, and defense. they can play slow down or uptempo. Heck they're point guard is 6'5, and many can hurt you. I think they have players 6'8 and 6'7 that plays well

Thanks, Campobelloman.
I think all of the Bulldog fans had a great time at the game as you all were very hospitable to all of us.
It was the kind of game that anybody would love to have seen as it was a lot of respect for both teams on each side of the court.
It seems like all season people outside of the Newberry family say 'It'll be interesting to see how Newberry matches up against their...' so as you saw firsthand, how Keenan matches up against the Bulldogs.

Good luck to the Dogs! As a '79 graduate of Newberry High School, I am certainly pulling for Coach Cary and the boys to get it done. I have seen the Bulldogs twice this season and they are the "real deal".

6 state championships (1971, 1981, 1991, 1996, 2010, 2011)
9 upper state championships
and counting ...
