Impacts Legion charter could have on local HS sports scene

I think Legion is going to have a big impact (at least in Year 1) on the high school sports scene in York, Chester and Lancaster counties.
I tried to address as many potential impacts as I could think of - holler if I missed something:

Really not crazy about this whole deal. Not that I have anything against Legion Charter, but I just see this upsetting the balance in York County. By it design, one would think that the majority of recruitable players will be attracted to Legion. Could see the programs at all the local high schools being set back significantly if the high level players aren't there anymore. Just don't like the potential this has for getting the existing high school talent.

From what I understand they will build a school in the Greenville area and Hilton Head area soon. Said they only build one at a time not to get overwhelmed with growth.
As of last week Legion had 400+ of the 600 available spots spoken for.
