That is the 2009 season #1. Petty was not retained by Ruffin when he was named head coach. He is no longer at ECU.

He was at Gray Military Academy in Columbia for the 2011 season as an assistant coach but he's not on their 2012 staff roster. I believe he was in sales before he got back into football at USC in 2004 so he could be back in Columbia.
