even BYRNES fans brought new stuffed animals to the game Friday. The stuffed animal drive is going on this Friday night as well! There was such a demand in buying stuffed animals that local stores ran out this past week!! They are in memory of Coach Irvin's granddaughter that died of a heart defect last week at 7 months old! I think it would give me chills to see two rival schools and communities come together for a great purpose! Byrnes fans, you really should consider bringing stuffed animals! Let's show BOTH TEAMS and BOTH COMMUNITIES that life isn't just about football, and that two BITTER RIVALS can come together for a great cause! Byrnes fans, spread the word in Duncan! I would love to see Byrnes fans pouring in with stuffed animals Friday night! Let's make it happen, and show coach Irvin that not ONLY Gaffney fans are praying and showing support for the family but also BYRNES fans! Byrnes fans, if you choose not to participate in this I completely understand but I know that if something like this were going on at Byrnes and the Indians came there, and I knew about it, I would participate. I would love to see fans with that gaudy blue on carrying in stuffed animals! Come on Byrnes let's get together and make this happen!!
