AAAA Playoff Pick-em FINAL STANDINGS

I just did some major number crunching to try to give you all the final standings from the Playoff Pick-Em contest Reb74 started......but never gave us the final results since the Rebels were knocked out. This is from the excel sheet he emailed out once everyone had made picks....I guess if you made picks after this I don't have you on here obviously.

RULES
2 points for 1st round correct winners
4 points for 2nd round correct winners
6 points for 3rd round correct winners
8 points for Championship correct winners

TIE-BREAKERS
#1 - Who picked the most State Champions?
#2 - Who had the most teams in the Finals?
#3 - Who had the most teams in the Semi-Finals?
#4 - Who had the best record in AAAA-Division-Two?

For the Goose Creek situation I gave them the 2nd round win since they did beat Bluffton on the field but did not give them a 3rd round win, obviously since they did not play 3rd round. If anyone had Northwestern picked in 3rd round I gave them the win since they did win and Northwestern was playing in State the next week. Obviously if you picked Goose Creek to win State then you did not get any points for that since they didn't play. Besides, no one had Bluffton in the 3rd round anyway so it's not like it would have effected the outcome of it too much since most everyone would lose or gain 6 points.....

You must have given points for Goose Creek over Conway and Bluffton. If I score those as forfeit losses I end up with 52.

yeah, I gave points for a first round win for Goose Creek and a second round win, SINCE THEY WON ON THE FIELD....however since they did not play third round I did not give them points for anything inevitably and if someone had Northwestern picked I gave them points for it. If they had GC picked I did not give them any points. If they had anyone else, which I don't think anyone had any team other than GC or Northwestern winning the 3rd round game, then I didn't give them points for it

Perfect example of why I along with many other have left...

It wasn't the "Rebels were knocked out" that caused my departure, my family has been through some tough times these past few weeks. I will not go into details, but even with my difficulties, I have one other former poster that I will mention even higher on the "PRIORITY LIST" for you to remember....

Many remember Chief "O" or BUTTER... just remember him and his family as well.
