Ladouceur compiled a 399-25 career record, and his .938 winning percentage is a national record among coaches with 200 or more wins. He won five Open Division state championships (4 straight) and 28 North Coast Section titles (21 straight), including another national record of 151 consecutive victories from 1992-2003.

58 yrs old and 1 game from 400 win , if he would have stayed coaching until his 80s he might have caught and past Mckissick . His winning percentage looks to be better than any high school coach in history and Mckissick has been doing it 30 more years. It doesnt matter though it is a great accomplishment for any high school coach. Congrats to Coach Ladouceur on a great coaching career !
