i DONT REALLY THINK THE SCHSL PUTS MUCH THOUGHT INTO THE REGIONS...

I MEAN HECK, CHESTER HAS TO TRAVEL AN HOUR + TO EACH OF ITS AWAY GAMES.. SOME WILL BE ALMOST A 2 HOUR RIDE FOR THEM... FIGURED THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN SET UP WITH FAIRFIELD AND THOSE GUYS... BUT OH WELL

They don't. They've proven that many times.

Heck, look at what they did to the old Region II-2A when they made it the present II-2A.

At least it's better now...

Looks like a fun region schedule. Greer might of made more sense than Chester. Of course.. region II-3A has 8 teams, including Greer. What's up with an 8 team conference?

region 1 and 2 are 8 teams conferences. The HSL said at the beginning they would either be 8 or 6 in a region due to travel as much as possible. They didn't want any uneven regions.

For a change BR and Greer wont have to drive to outer Mongolia to play. Pickens is a lot closer drive than Union, Chapin and Clinton!

Maybe they should move Chester closer to the region......that would solve the travel problem....

Yeah, I guess that does put Greer in the geographic middle of a conference for the first time in awhile.

Well, at least in the new alignment, it should be hard for Greer to finish any worse than second, which should take some heat off of Will Young.

I did think Chester should have been playing in Columbia. They can hit I-77 and go. By the way Fairfield will be AA next time so they can't be in Chester's region.

Hilton Head has all LONG trips. 2 Hours and 22 Minutes to Bekeley.

Manning and Emerald have some hauls also.

Also despite what was said beforehand the SCHSL did make some odd sized regions in AAAA and A Classifications.
