Hurricane Florence - makeup game policy
Looks as though we will experience bad weather all over SC this weekend in some form. What is the policy for making up region games if games are postponed due to weather, power or field conditions?

a few years ago after the big flood, I think they pushed the playoffs back a week so make-up games could be played

Re: Hurricane Florence - makeup game policy
Last year everyone was encouraged to fit it in where they could. Either Wednesday of the week they were supposed to play or the following Monday. CPA and Palmetto Christian never made their region game and PCA finally just forfeited.

Tri-Academy and Wardlaw have already moved their game to Wednesday night.

Two years is a row that Faith/Ridge vs Patrick Henry has been cancelled. Maybe next year.

Sorry for the late response - been busy with storm prep.
As of Tuesday the Cathedral-PCA game was postponed - our AD said he was working to find a date to reschedule it. Even if the weather clears, the Town has the final call on whether the field is playable. Town spent some significant $ on installing an underdrain system and the field drains better than it used to, but there is only so much you can do with the lousy, clayey soil that is prevalent in the area of the field.

I know EXACTLY what field you're talking about.
Hopefully the storm will just be some rain and we'll dodge the rest. You can't really miss any 8-man games b/c they're all SCISA schools, no non-confrince games.
